We invite you to a three-day leadership training for those who are making change in their organizations, systems, or communities. In this training, you will learn about specific methodologies for engaging yourself and others in strategic conversations; conversations aimed at helping us take strategic action together. At each Art of Hosting, we work with the following methodologies:
Along with these core methodologies, training participants learn about mental models and strategies for leading change work and deep dive into their own leadership practices. Emphasizing the need for skills in working with others balanced with the deep personal work needed to lead strategic change, we’ll spend our time in conversation about what we know and what we still have to learn about making meaningful change in ourselves, our organizations, and our communities. |
Come prepared to learn practical skills, connect with new friends, and change the way you’re working.
What is the Art of Hosting (AoH)?
AoH is a different kind of training experience. Designed to be engaging, energizing, and interactive, each AoH experience allows participants to develop new skills, learn how to get people involved, create cooperation, and make change in yourself and in the work you care about. Each AoH is An Opportunity to participate in a training geared toward understanding the connection between personal and systemic change. An Event where you and your colleagues can have meaningful conversations about strategic change — conversations that lead to action. An Exploration of both personal and professional leadership. Together we'll explore both the “knowns” and “unknowns” about making strategic change. |
The reality is that changes are coming...they must come. You must share in bringing them. John Hersey
